Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as on-site experts, helping customers with tax preparation and advisory services at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

As a TurboTax - Retail Expert, you will engage with clients in-person, provide tax insights, build client relationships, and contribute to local marketing efforts while delivering excellent service in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active tax professionals with strong knowledge of tax law and ability to prepare returns.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to work onsite in a TurboTax retail/flagship location.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Lead discovery sessions to uncover deductions and plan future taxes.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build local client base.
