Job summary

Intuit, Inc. in the United States seeks TurboTax - Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location. You will provide full-service tax return prep, tax advice, and software support while building trusted relationships in the local community.

You’ll grow the TurboTax client base through outreach, local events, and collaboration with marketing, delivering exceptional service and clear, personalized tax guidance.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• PTIN must be on file to file taxes.
• Must hold or obtain state licenses, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid returns (1040) filed with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building local/social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively represent TurboTax in the community.
• Engage new prospects, nurture leads, convert to clients.
• Lead local marketing efforts with TurboTax support.
• Provide hands-on tax prep and advice for customers.
• Review taxes to maximize refunds and plan future taxes.
• Use government sites and tools to deliver accurate solutions.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience.
• Assist clients in-person and via video tools.
• Address client inquiries and tax challenges.
