Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax - Retail Experts to serve customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will prepare taxes, provide advice, and help clients optimize refunds while representing TurboTax in the local community.

The role emphasizes on-site work, community outreach, and building a loyal client base with marketing support and product resources.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license to file taxes.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN as required by law.
• Ability to prepare complex tax returns and provide tax advice.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond simple filing.
• Experience working onsite in a retail tax location is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build local client relationships.
