You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing full-service tax preparation and advice to in-person customers while helping grow the local client base. This on-site role emphasizes community engagement, customer service, and using TurboTax tools to deliver accurate tax solutions in plain language.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax prep experience (1040s).
• Comfortable onsite 20+ hours/week, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
