Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking Tax Local Service Experts to perform on-site, full-service tax preparation and advisory across a local TurboTax location network.

You will engage clients, deliver accurate tax solutions, and coordinate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to provide year-round support. You will build lasting relationships in your community, drive local growth, and leverage Intuit tools to expand client base while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be an EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep knowledge.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training by Intuit.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax location; typical hours 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete all required training and development; compliance and product training may be added.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and may be featured in marketing using your name/picture.
• Interest in building local/online presence and content for TurboTax.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus; holistic tax advisory experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with appropriate Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning, Credit Karma).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit video tools.
• Build long-term client relationships and foster loyalty across year-round support.
