Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site, full-service tax preparation and advisory work. You will collaborate with tax and business professionals to deliver end-to-end Intuit solutions, grow local clientele, and enhance community presence.

You will support personal and business tax needs, work with marketing tools, and engage clients through in-person and virtual sessions while adhering to training and uniform requirements.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA preferred with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Must be comfortable working onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, minimum 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Build and grow a local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with full Intuit ecosystem to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and support clients year-round.
