Intuit Inc. is seeking dedicated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, offer expert tax advice, and connect clients with Intuit’s broader ecosystem to deliver a full, end-to-end experience. You will grow the local client base through community outreach and events, acting as the local face of TurboTax while collaborating with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and planning.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA or attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.
• Must sit onsite at a TurboTax location, 8:00–17:00, ≥20 hrs/week.
• Must complete all required training and development.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on tax expertise and complete prep for TurboTax clients.
• Act as community ambassador to grow local client base.
• Connect clients with related Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver best‑in‑class customer experience and guidance.
• Collaborate with specialists to ensure end‑to‑end client support.
