Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to be the local trusted advisors in TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, helping them navigate complex tax situations with friendly guidance. Role emphasizes community outreach, client acquisition, and building long-term relationships while leveraging marketing and TurboTax tools.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• PTIN possession and ability to file taxes as required by law.
• State licenses or related certifications may be required.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state Form 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite work at TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours per week; weekends may be required.
• Willingness to build a local and online social presence and create tax-related content.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources, professional tools, and team expertise.
• Create exceptional customer experiences through professionalism and genuine client care.
• Build long-term client relationships and engage with customers in-person and via Intuit tools.
