Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax - Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

This role combines tax expertise, community engagement, and customer service to help clients navigate their tax needs. As an on-site TurboTax expert, you’ll provide hands-on tax preparation and advice, grow the local client base, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience within a retail environment.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN holder required by law to file taxes.
• State licenses/certificates/bonds may be required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Be the proactive community ambassador for TurboTax in your locale.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparations for customers.
• Grow the local client base and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
