Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service team as on-site experts. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice, while building a local client base and collaborating with specialists across Intuit’s ecosystem to deliver end-to-end service.

You will work in TurboTax locations across the United States, primarily onsite, supporting both in-person and virtual clients.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training provided.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to work onsite.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Build and grow a local client base through community outreach and partnerships.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning and advisory services.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and professional service in person and via virtual channels.
