Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to join our team onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide tax expertise, complete returns, and connect clients with a broader Intuit ecosystem for bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

You will build local relationships, attract new clients, and deliver an exceptional customer experience across in-person and virtual engagements, supporting families and small businesses throughout the year.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing many 1040s per season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow the local client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with business tax, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in-person and virtually.
