Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will assist customers with in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, while expanding the local client base and delivering a trusted, concierge experience in your community.

This non-exempt, on-site role requires at least 20 hours per week, ongoing tax licenses, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must hold or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• At least 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax location; 20+ hours per week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Front-facing retail environment experience encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects to build a client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and help grow Intuit’s presence through local outreach and marketing efforts.
