Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, helping customers navigate tax needs and build lasting relationships in your community. As a front-facing team member, you’ll grow the local client base, deliver personalized tax solutions, and participate in marketing efforts with TurboTax resources.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Ability to build a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating accessible tax-related content and resources
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing
• Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador: Represent TurboTax locally, engage with prospects, convert them into clients.
• Provide Tax Expertise: Give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience: Create an exceptional experience and build long-term trust with clients.
• Grow client base: Work with TurboTax marketing resources to expand local presence and referrals.
