Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, helping customers with tax returns and personalized guidance.

You will build a local client base, deliver hands-on tax preparation, and represent TurboTax in the community with a front-facing retail role. The position is non-exempt and requires 20+ hours weekly, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• State licenses may be required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax prep; 30+ returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours per week at a TurboTax location.
• Interest in building local community presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a public face in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions and plan tax strategies.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit video tools.
