Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will perform in-person tax return preparation, provide tax advice, and assist with software support for customers.

You will grow the local client base, deliver exceptional service, and collaborate with marketing to expand TurboTax presence in your community. This non-exempt, on-site role requires 20 hours/week and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Must be onsite 20 hours per week (including weekends).

Responsibilities

• Prepare tax returns for individuals and small businesses.
• Provide tax advice and planning services.
• Grow local client base and drive customer loyalty.
• Deliver in-person service at a TurboTax location.
