Job summary

Intuit is looking for TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support while building local client relationships and growing the community presence.

This role is non-exempt and onsite, with part-time hours (minimum 20 per week). You will represent TurboTax and collaborate with marketing to attract new clients, delivering excellent customer experiences in a retail

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA license preferred.
• 3+ years of paid tax preparation experience with TurboTax or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a trusted community ambassador.
• Provide in-person tax preparation and advice at a retail location.
• Build client relationships and grow the local client base.
