Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while serving as a trusted advisor to customers in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state tax returns per season.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, for at least 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador and face of TurboTax in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, build trust, and grow client relationships through in-person interactions.
