Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts at on-site TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will serve as a trusted advisor helping customers with tax returns and software support.

These roles are non-exempt and require onsite presence, with opportunities to grow client bases and engage with local communities through marketing and outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation using professional software (30+ returns).
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, Sundays–Saturdays, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, engaging prospects and building relationships.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
