Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Retail Experts in TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This opportunity blends tax expertise, entrepreneurship, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs.

As a TurboTax - Retail Expert, you will work on-site in person with customers, providing full service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds may be needed.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, weekends included.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and professional tools.
