Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States.

You will deliver hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, while growing the local client base and fostering trust within your community. This role requires active tax credentials (EA/CPA/Attorneys), strong traditional tax knowledge, and the ability to work 20 hours per week on-site, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season with professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, Sunday–Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects to convert them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex tax scenarios.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and a client-first approach, building trust for repeat business.
