Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location, serving in-person customers with tax preparation, advice, and software support.

Role emphasizes building local client relationships, growing the client base, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience in a retail setting. Requires active EA/CPA/Attorney license and 20+ hours/week onsite.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as needed.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours per week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador representing TurboTax locally and in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for a range of tax situations.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
• Use marketing support and tools to grow the local TurboTax client base.
