Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as on-site Retail Experts. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations, serving in-person customers and building strong community ties.

The role is non-exempt, requires onsite presence, and offers benefits including a 401(k) with company match and product discounts. Candidates must be licensed (EA/CPA/attorney) and legally reside in the United States.

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/Attorney license required.
PTIN active as required by law to file taxes.
Must possess or obtain related State licenses/certificates or bonds.
Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
Familiarity with Circular 230.
Must work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and professional tools.
Build long-term client relationships and contribute to local community growth.
Assist customers in-person and via TurboTax tools, maintaining high service standards.
