Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support, while growing the local client base and fostering community relationships.

Ideal candidates hold active EA/CPA/attorney licenses, PTIN, and at least 3 years of paid tax return experience. You must be comfortable in a retail environment and able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, including

Qualifications

• Must hold an active EA, CPA, or attorney license and PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be able to work onsite at a TurboTax location, including Sundays through Saturdays, for at least 20 hours per week.
• Willingness to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally, engaging with prospects and converting them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers across simple to complex tax scenarios.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, building trust and guiding clients toward long-term financial outcomes.
• Collaborate with TurboTax marketing and network resources to grow the local client base and brand presence.
