Job summary

Intuit Inc. in Clearwater, FL is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform end-to-end tax preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax location.

You will serve in-person and virtual clients, growing your local practice while integrating with a broader team of specialists. You’ll provide tax expertise, client education, and collaborative support across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training.
• Must work onsite 8:00–17:00 local time, at least 20 hours per week; peak periods possible.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and participate in marketing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond simple filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Facilitate deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan for the future.
• Build and grow a local client base through outreach and events.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to serve clients end-to-end.
• Maintain personal connection with clients to deliver a seamless Intuit experience.
