Job summary

Intuit Inc. is hiring a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide expert tax preparation, advise clients, and coordinate with an extended team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions while building a strong local client base. You will engage with individuals and small businesses, offer personalized tax planning, and help clients access Intuit services such as bookkeeping and payroll.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN required to file taxes
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training by Intuit
• Onsite presence at a TurboTax location and ability to work 20+ hours weekly
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence, creating tax tips and resources
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations
• Act as local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base and partnerships
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem offerings like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning
• Build lasting relationships through client meetings and ongoing support
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional service and clear guidance
