Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to deliver full-service tax preparation and advisory support at a local TurboTax location in the United States. You will work onsite, serve in-person and virtual clients, and collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

You will build a local client base, provide personalized tax guidance, and help customers navigate complex tax matters while representing Intuit in community outreach efforts.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA preferred with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
