Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service team in Florida, providing in-person and virtual tax help at a TurboTax location.

As a Local Service Expert, you will perform full-service tax return preparation, deliver tax advice, and collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end client solutions while growing the local client base. You will build relationships, lead community outreach, and leverage TurboTax marketing tools to create a trusted local

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex situations.
• Build and expand a local client base with community outreach and referrals.
• Coordinate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.
• Deliver excellent customer service and help clients achieve financial goals.
• Assist with local events and marketing initiatives to grow TurboTax presence.
