Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States.

Responsibilities include hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and client relationship development with a focus on community engagement and growth of the local client base. Role is on-site, non-exempt, averaging at least 20 hours per week, with a base pay range in Illinois of $31.00–$34.50 per hour.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have a PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and related regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Assist with tax planning and deductions optimization.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships in-person at TurboTax Retail/Flagship locations.
