You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support for in-person customers, aiming to help clients achieve favorable financial outcomes.

The role emphasizes community engagement, local marketing support, and building lasting relationships while adhering to a 20+ hours per week on-site schedule. Must reside in the United States.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsabilités

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and nurturing leads.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex scenarios.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships with clients in-person and via Intuit tools.

PTIN active

State licenses/certificates

3+ years tax prep experience

Circular 230 familiarity

Retail onsite friendliness

Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
