Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to assist in-person customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This on-site role blends tax expertise with community engagement to expand TurboTax's local footprint.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while building relationships and delivering a superior customer experience. Position is non-exempt and onsite in California, with a base pay range of $32.50–$36.00 per hour, plus

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the public face of TurboTax in the community and engage with prospects to convert them into clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Leverage resources to deliver accurate tax solutions in plain language.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience guiding clients toward financial goals.
• Build long-term relationships and grow the local client base with TurboTax marketing support.
