Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts for on-site roles at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support while helping customers navigate complex tax situations.

As a community ambassador, you will grow the local TurboTax client base, engage with prospects, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. This is a non-exempt on-site role with 20+ hours per week in California, with a base pay range of

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years preparing 1040 tax returns.
• Active PTIN and ability to obtain state licenses.
• Onsite retail location, 20+ hours/week.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and advice.
