Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, while growing TurboTax’s local client base.

The role emphasizes community engagement, client relationships, and leveraging marketing and TurboTax tools to deliver accurate tax solutions in everyday language.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at TurboTax location, Sundays through Saturdays, at least 20 hours/week.
• Interest in building local/online tax presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Willing to work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects to convert them into clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
