Role emphasizes trust, customer service, and the ability to turn one-time clients into long-term relationships. Must reside in the United States and be comfortable in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Build long-term relationships and educate clients with clear, everyday language.
