Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation at a local TurboTax location. You will serve on-site with a team, assisting in-person and virtual clients using TurboTax products to achieve accurate, optimized results.

You’ll be a community ambassador, expanding the local client base and building relationships that leverage Intuit’s ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax returns (30+ per season) using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must work onsite, 20 hours per week minimum, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Willing to complete required training and wear uniforms.
• Interest in building a local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise - hands-on advice and complete preparation for clients, addressing simple to complex situations.
• Grow local client base - engage in outreach, events, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem - introduce bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and other services.
• Build relationships - develop long-term trust and ongoing customer engagement.
• Deliver best-in-class experience - professional service and clear tax guidance.
