Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers in person, while building local client relationships and community presence.

Role requires on-site availability, strong tax knowledge, and a passion for helping customers achieve positive financial outcomes.

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
Must possess or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as required.
Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual returns per tax season.
Familiarity with Circular 230.
Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week.
Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
Must wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and in the community.
Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
Deliver best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
