Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will advise clients, prepare returns, and grow the local client base while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will engage with customers in-person, utilize TurboTax tools, and contribute to a welcoming community presence. This non-exempt role requires on-site work and a flexible schedule in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN active as required by law.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite 20+ hours/week, Sunday through Saturday.
• Interest in building local/online presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan future tax strategies.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and develop long-term client relationships.
