Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will assist customers with in-person tax preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support while growing the local client base and delivering outstanding service.

You’ll represent the brand, engage prospects, and collaborate with TurboTax marketing to attract new clients, aiming to build long-term relationships and provide personalized tax solutions.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Must have or obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Ability to work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, at least 20 hours per week.
• Experience with tax preparation and tax advisory services.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador.
• Engage with prospects, nurture leads, and convert to long-term clients.
• Lead local marketing efforts with TurboTax support.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build trust for recurring relationships.
• Assist with tax planning and future tax strategies.
