Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building a local client base and driving customer loyalty.

As a proactive community ambassador, you will engage with prospects, conduct discovery sessions, and help clients navigate complex tax situations.

Qualifications

• Active professional license (EA/CPA/attorney) and tax preparation experience.
• Ability to build relationships and generate new clients locally.
• Strong knowledge of tax law and IRS/Circular 230 familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and tax advisory services.
• Conduct discovery and tax planning discussions with clients.
• Grow TurboTax client base in the local community and via events.
