Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software/product support to in-person customers. As a TurboTax - Retail Expert, you will grow the local client base, establish long-term relationships, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience while leveraging marketing support and software tools.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of tax preparation experience with TurboTax or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and tax advice.
• Assist customers with tax calculations and product support.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base and foster long-term relationships.
