Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. As a TurboTax - Retail Expert, you will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building local client relationships.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate tax needs, grow the client base, and deliver best-in-class service in a front-facing retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term client relationships.
