Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed tax professionals with extensive experience preparing individual and small business returns.
• Active credentials (EA/CPA/Attorney) and PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• At least 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review tax returns for TurboTax Retail clients, including complex scenarios.
• Provide tax advice and planning in plain language for individuals and small businesses.
• Deliver excellent customer service, building trust and long-term relationships within the local community.
• Represent TurboTax at on-site locations, promoting services and maintaining compliance.
