Job summary

Intuit is seeking a TurboTax Retail Expert to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation and advisory services to in‑person customers, leveraging marketing and software tools to grow your local client base.

The role emphasizes community engagement, payroll through a strong pay-for-performance structure, and a customer‑first approach to simplify taxes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, engaging local prospects and converting leads into long‑term clients.
• Provide hands‑on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by building trust and helping clients achieve financial goals.
