Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax return preparation, advice, and software support, while building relationships within the local community to drive client growth.

Responsibilities include serving as a trusted advisor, growing the TurboTax client base, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience through clear, personalized tax guidance.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds may be required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location, 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively represent TurboTax locally as a public face in the community.
• Engage with prospects, nurture leads, and convert them into long-term clients.
• Lead local marketing efforts with TurboTax support to grow the client base.
