Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations, providing full-service tax return preparation and tax advice to in-person customers.

You will grow the TurboTax client base in the local community, leveraging marketing support and software to build lasting relationships while delivering accurate tax solutions in everyday language.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, for at least 20 hours/week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Willing to work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects to convert them into clients.
• Provide Tax Expertise by giving hands-on tax advice and completing preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience through professionalism and helping clients achieve financial goals, building long-term trust.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit’s video tools, addressing inquiries and guiding tax-related solutions.
