Job summary

Intuit Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will advise customers, prepare tax returns, and help grow the client base within the local community while delivering outstanding service.

You’ll combine tax expertise with customer engagement, working in-person with clients and leveraging marketing support to build trusted relationships and long-term loyalty.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted tax license or credential preferred.
• 3+ years of paid tax return preparation experience.
• Experience with personal and business tax scenarios.
• Familiarity with tax rules and software tools.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a retail setting.
