Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide. You will provide full-service tax return preparation and tax advice, using TurboTax software to help clients achieve favorable outcomes while building trust.

You will engage with the local community, grow the client base, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience through on-site service and friendly, clear guidance.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, 20+ hours per week.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Experience beyond tax filing in holistic advisory services.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador and represent TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
