Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as on-site Retail Experts. You will serve customers in person at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location, delivering tax preparation, advice, and software support while building lasting client relationships.

You will work with a collaborative team, leverage marketing support, and engage the community to grow the TurboTax business locally. The role emphasizes outstanding service and compliance with tax standards.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite 20+ hours per week, Sunday–Saturday.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Perform discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan for the future.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement and marketing support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships.
