Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax locations nationwide. You will provide in-person and virtual tax prep, deliver expert guidance, and partner with specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions for individuals and small businesses.

As a local ambassador, you will grow the client base through outreach, events, and referrals, while leveraging Intuit resources to build long-term relationships and a superior client experience.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20 hours/week minimum; peak season may increase hours.
• Must wear uniforms and be comfortable with advertising using name/picture.
• Desire to build local/community presence and create tax-related content.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize taxes.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and referrals; build community partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, on-site and via Intuit tools, addressing inquiries.
• Use cross-functional collaboration to ensure end-to-end client solutions.
