Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax expertise, client-focused service, and connect clients with the full Intuit ecosystem.

You’ll work with a team of tax and advisory specialists, grow local client bases, host financial literacy events, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and virtually.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning.
• Act as local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
