You will stay with clients through discovery sessions, optimize deductions, and coordinate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end Intuit solutions. Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid 1040 tax returns filed per season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and advise on future planning.
• Engage with community to grow local TurboTax client base and relationships.
• Collaborate with broader tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
• Represent as a local TurboTax ambassador and deliver a best-in-class client experience.
